Ama M.
Who is Ama?
From the tender age of five, Ama’s journey has been one of movement, music, and creative exploration. A lifelong dancer, musician, and lover of the arts, she weaves her passions with a deep understanding of personal development, stage presence, energy healing, and teaching. A true “Jack of all trades, master of none—though oftentimes better than master of one,” she thrives at the intersection of creativity and embodied wisdom.
As a mentor to movement teachers, heart centered coaches, healers and so forth, Ama brings her wealth of experience to those ready to deepen their practice, refine their teaching, and harness the full potential of their vocal and physical presence. Through somatic movement and embodied voice work, she guides teachers in overcoming fear around visibility, fostering self-confidence, and cultivating authentic, easeful communication. Her work empowers movement educators to connect more deeply with their students, expand their impact, and infuse joy and balance into both their professional and personal lives.
